Where is my order confirmation email and attached tickets?

A confirmation email and attached tickets will be coming from esales@sandiegozoo.org.  Occasionally, our delivery emails will end up inside your junk mail or spam folder, so be sure to check these folders if our email has not arrived in your inbox within 20 minutes. A good precaution is to make sure the domain esales@sandiegozoo.org is on your email client’s address book and safe senders list. All order emails are sent to the email address you provided on the order form, so please be sure that’s the email account you’re checking!
